PAMELA BRONANDER

General Manager, Partner

Pam is fully immersed in all aspects of the firm's operations, including investment strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, leasing activities, and the execution and management of D4's portfolio. Pam leverages her 25 years of experience serving as a Director for Valley National Bank, where she held several responsibilities including governance, financial oversight, compliance and ethics, strategic planning, risk management, shareholder relations, and stakeholder communication. In addition to her work with D4, Pam holds over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, where she serves as the Managing Member of Kaye Mechanical Contractors and President of KMC Mechanical Inc.

D4 is a private real estate investment and development firm specializing in ground-up development opportunities across multiple asset classes, with a primary focus on Industrial. 

JUN 2017

THE BRONA ACQUISITION

Located at 62 Main Street in Bloomingdale NJ ~ a 0.42 acre site , with a deteriorated two-family house. The vision: a modern mixed-use development to serve as both D4's HQ and investment property.
